Lecturer in the specialist areas of property valuation, project management, building control, asset management, and international valuation methods. Lecturer in Market Value and Mortgage Lending Value and international valuation methods at The Danube University Krems, The Technical University in Vienna and at The Centre of Valuation and Certification (LBA).

Co-author of the book "Immobilienbewertung Österreich". This book offers a review of the state-of-art of property valuation in Austria.

Furthermore co-author of the book "Rating von Einzelhandelsimmobilien" which addresses the issue of valuating shopping centres.
